Our firm operates on a contingency basis which essentially provides that there are no upfront fees to engage in utilizing our services to complement your current search efforts. Upon signing our search agreement, our team will immediately begin to aggressively source talent specific to your needs and property. Our recruiters will screen and prequalify candidates for the role, and provide only the most viable potential individuals for your team to review. We will additionally arrange interviews and provide specialized support and consultation through potential negotiations of extending offers.
Fees will only be assessed if/when we successfully identify the most ideal candidate for your specific open position, and you decide to bring them onto your team.
Our guarantee policy provides the confidence in our partnership as we will conduct a replacement search at no cost to you should one of our placed candidates resign or be terminated with cause within a reasonable window from hire.
